For most couples your wedding will be one of the biggest spends you make in your lifetime so whether your budget is large or small it's really important that you think about where and how you want to spend your hard earned money. It's easy to find articles online full of tips and tricks for how to save money, or how to have a budget wedding, and even how to stick to a budget. But how do you figure out what that budget is in the first place? And how do you do it in a way that’s realistic to today's prices? I've heard so many stories of couples setting a budget which quickly triples when they actually start looking at prices for what they want.
